PinPoint: Building the MVP of a mobile dating and social app
Context
Lyft hired their first A.Team to improve and scale one of their most innovative products — Amp. The hardware lights up when drivers have a new ride request. For faster, easier pick-ups, it signals to the rider in their rider app the color to look for in their driver's amp. And it even welcomes riders by name, including a special message for holidays or events.

About the project
The Challenge
The main challenge Let Me Speak faced was to quickly develop an Android version and a web version of their language learning app to expand their user base. They needed a team to build out the rest of the product and work with their existing backend.
The Solution
Skipp provided two dedicated teams that included technical leaders, software engineers (React for frontend and Kotlin for Android), and project managers. A UX/UI designer was also added to create unique screens for mobile and web apps. Skipp worked closely with Let Me Speak's technical team to resolve any issues that arose, such as problems with the API on the backend side.
